I want to know what kind of information EPIK collects through EPIK.

I cannot confirm how the app processes data when a user uses an AI service.

If a user (member/non-member) uses an AI service such as the AI Yearbook, are the photos submitted or sent by the user to the EPIK servers used to train AI?
|
EPIK's AI services, such as the AI Yearbook, do not use photos or videos submitted by users to improve, research, or train AI functions.
The photos provided by users are only used to generate AI service results, such as the AI Yearbook, and the results are deleted immediately after generation.
|
Does the AI service use user photos to train AI?
• The generated result appears to be the face of another user and not an artificially created photo. Are user photos used to train AI? • The result appears to be a photo of another user using the service. Can the data training materials or source data be accidentally shown as generated results?
|
EPIK's AI services do not function by photoshopping user photos, but rather by creating new results to look similar to the submitted materials through AI training. Photos other than the ones submitted by the user, such as another user's photo, are not used.
Results that appear to be another user's face are results that attempted to create new images of the user, but were unsuccessful. (In other words, the new images were created to resemble the photos submitted by the user, but did not match the source material 100%.)
|
What is the source of the data that is used to create templates?
|
Templates provided by EPIK can be created using templates created by users, provided by the app, or published within the app.
Public templates are composed of templates created and provided by EPIK and templates published by users. User templates are made public if the user creates the template and agrees to share them.
